The Alabama Shakes claim they are “Always Alright.” I’d say they are better than just alright. They’ll be at the AMP in early September.
If you ask Rolling Stone magazine what the best song of 2012 was, their answer is this: “Hold On” by The Alabama Shakes.
If you ask a lot of music critics what the best albums of 2012 were, many of them would include the album “Boys & Girls” by The Alabama Shakes.
If you ask me what you should do on Sept. 6, I’d respond by telling you to go see The Alabama Shakes at the Arkansas Music Pavilion.
