Well, good luck. His show at the Fayetteville Town Center tonight (Feb. 25) has been sold out for a month.
So, what are the other options?
How about Lucero? The southern punk/country/rock outfit, featuring Little Rock native Ben Nichols on lead vocals, has performed in Fayetteville dozens of times during their 10-plus years on the touring circuit. The group, which is based in Memphis, Tenn., made the jump to a major label with the release of â1372 Overton Parkâ in 2009. The group will play a two-night run of shows at Georgeâs Majestic Lounge today (Feb. 25) and Saturday (Feb. 26). Tonightâs show is expected to begin about 9:30 p.m. Saturdayâs show will begin closer to 9 p.m. Admission to either is $15.
Or, on Sunday (Feb. 27), you can catch songwriter Kevin So.Â Formerly a New York resident, So now calls Nashville, Tenn., home. So, who performs at Teatro Scarpino in Fayetteville, last played in this town when he served as an opening act for blues artist Kebâ Mo. So is now touring in support of his latest release, âLiFe Solo AKouStic.â Admission to the 7 p.m. show, which also features local songwriter Jason Reddecliff of Shulertown, is $12.
