The Punch Brothers claim that “Rye Whiskey” makes the world a little better. You know what else makes the world better? The Punch Brothers. They come back to Fayetteville in November.

They’ve been here before, but any visit by The Punch Brothers is a welcome one.

According to that venue’s website, the Punch Brothers will perform at George’s Majestic Lounge on Nov. 21, a Sunday night. The band’s website confirms the date.

The group, which is based in Nashville, features mandolin virtuoso Chris Thile (of Nickel Creek fame) and several other string experts.

The Punch Brothers released their critically acclaimed album “Antifogmatic” in June.

Tickets are on sale now through the venue and are $20.

As we stumbled upon info for this show, we found a few more of note coming to George’s this fall, according to the venue’s ticketing site: Todd Snider on Oct. 14; Ryan Bingham on Oct. 27 and Jackyl on Sept. 30.
